What our New Development Team offers
Annual General Meetings
- We’ll ensure that all proper procedures are followed according to the Strata Property Act and its Regulations.
- We’ll connect with owners and educate them on the expectations of owning within a strata environment.
- We’ll emphasize to owners the importance of strata and individual home insurance
Strata Council Meetings
- We’ll establish an agenda that includes discussion on new development matters, warranties, deficiencies, repairs, developer communications, interim budget and billing accuracies, and timelines.
- We’ll educate council on the process of New Home Warranty protocol in all scenarios, and advise them how to most effectively cooperate with all parties, including developers.
- We’ll work with the property manager to ensure these matters are dealt with in a swift, thorough, and satisfactory manner.
Warranty Tracking & Reporting
- We’ll educate strata owners and council on how to effectively report in-suite warranty items within deadlines.
- We’ll assist council in tracking the 2-5-10 New Home Warranty.
- We’ll arrange warranty review reports with strata council and coordinate with the selected consultant or engineer.
