I have been a Property Manager licensed in both rental and strata management for 15 years. I was initially attracted to Property Management as I was always interested in real estate and felt that it would allow me the ability to learn all aspects of the industry.

As a Property Manager one must be savvy in many facets including, customer service, accounting, legalities, privacy, dispute resolution, effective communication, community building, construction and real estate transactions. Having managed residential, commercial, industrial, rental and strata properties of all sizes and compositions along with my tenure in the industry, I feel that I can bring a broad spectrum of experience to the table for my clients that will assist with maintaining the needs of their properties.

With over 10 years of experience in the strata property management industry, I bring knowledge and understanding to the strata corporations I provide property management services.

I focus on identifying critical strata-related business items and work with the strata councils to implement processes and procedures to effectively manage the strata corporation's needs.

As a licensed Strata Property Manager, having a solid understanding of the ever-changing Strata Property Act, the regulations, and other related legislation is extremely important to ensure you are properly advising your clients and conducting your business accordingly. I understand the importance of this and take my role seriously as your property manager.

Relocating to the Okanagan in July 2021, I have enjoyed embracing the Okanagan lifestyle spending time with my family hiking, paddle boarding, and taking in the beautiful nature BC has to offer.
